Sirius Phone-Support provides support for technical and account enquiries, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. If required we also provide on site support and we aim to respond to every support request as quickly as possible, and always within 24 hours. Our normal daytime response times are within 4 hours. We have a custom made ticketing software to monitor customer query, which helps to control the level of quality of our service. With highly trained support personals we give 24/7 support with no exceptions!
